What is Cincidiots?

Residents of southwestern Ohio - specifically the greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky areas - that couldn't drive safely and well during inclement weather conditions if their very lives depended on it.
It took me over two hours to get to work this morning because of so many Cincidiots on the roads!
