What is Cinquanta?

Italian word for fifty. Also used by Italian people as every other word said or for every possible number. Regardless of the conversation or the amount being discussed, this word is used repeatedly.
Big F: I am going on vacation to the Italian coast with Bella, it is going to be great!
Stephen: I don't know Fred, I heard there are cinquanta tsunamis heading that way!
Sean: Fred, you just broke it!
Big F: I've told you cinquanta times, I didn't do it!
