To be at the bottom of your community. Usually referred to as a black person, or nigger, stepping out of line. Only can be used by an alpha honkey or a honkey. Derived from the term clown used by black people to describe a white man stepping out of line.
Alpha Honkey: Hey i think we need to beat the circus bitch, he just stepped on my shoes.
