when the man uses a slice of fruit, possibly a slice of cantaloup or lemon and inserts it in his girlfriend vagina quickly. the fruit then burts inside the vagina and the man then proceeds to like the juice out to prevent infection.
i accidentially gave my girlfriend a citrus burst and i had to clear her out so she wouldnt get infected.
