Person who hasnt experienced Growing up in a suburban area with the hardships in life such as hard physical work. A person who has grown up spoiled or is otherwise gangster or wangster. Person who listens to Rap, Poor Hunter.
By looking at there scrawny muscles and baggy clothes and rap music i could tell that they were city people.
Looking at the bratty women and there long shoes i could tell that they were city people.
