Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico (more commonly known as just Juárez) is the city across the Mexican-American border from El Paso where all these cute girls come from that my friend's mom says are all possessive bitches. Stupid people go there a lot to get drunk, but they're idiots. If you're ever too cheap to buy stuff in El Paso, you can go to Juárez. My own mom would kill me just for going to Juárez, and tells me I better not be dating those "Latinas". It also happens to be the fourth most populous city in Mexico.
