What is Clap Dance?

When your balls are nice and slippery/sweaty (wet in some way) and you arch your legs so that your nuts can swing freely. Then you make them swing back and forth so that they slap up against your gooch and what not and make a clapping sound.
Oh great, Daniel's out of the shower and he's gonna do a clap dance.
