What is Clean Party?

A house party where...
a) there are no drugs or alcohol
b) every guest is highly prude
and/or c) there is adult supervision present.
aka, a boring or sucky party.
Norma kid 1: Hey! Are you going to Sally's party?
Normal kid 2: Nah, I heard it was a clean party.
Norma kid 1: Hot damn.
Sheltered kid 1: OMG you're throwing a house party??! That could be dangerous!!
Sheltered kid 2 : It's ok, it'll be a clean party. WWJD, guys? lolz.
