Another word for a sweeper truck. Nothing more terrifying than when you're ambling down the street, minding your own business and lost in the contents of your iPod, when suddenly you sense a presence behind you. You turn round to find a great big monster of clean sweeping at your heels, operated by a scowling midget whose only mission is to envelop you with its swirling brushes and sweep you into oblivion. The worst thing is even though they trawl the streets striking fear into the hearts of pedestrians, they don't even remove any of the dirt, they just swirl it around to make it look like they've done something useful.

"Argh, I am being chased by a cleanmonster!"
