A person who wishes to have recognition for doing nothing whatsoever; or by being recognized for something offensive, crude, obscene, or ridiculous and deserves no recognition whatsoever. Often found on tabloid news programs and internet videos, or sometimes on reality television.
That Hilton girl is such a C-lebrity, all she did was make a dirty movie.
