What is Clef Pallet?

Hole in the roof of the mouth caused during development in the womb. Often accompanied with a Hare Lip, an open space in the middle of the top lip.
Clef Pallet is a deformity which can be repaired in childhood, usually after birth.

Some ways to identify a former clef palleter (someone who was born with a clef pallet) is to look for the following:
1. scarred and/or twisted upper lip
2. they have a mustache
3. the have a terrible lisp
