An ugly self obsessed boy, preferrably gay who usually happens to dye their hair unnatural colors to make themselves seem like a sort of crappy version of scene. Someone who is clerkly or has clerkly traits is always in love with themselves and always flirts with people out of their league and are always ugly and/or fat. Even if you tell a clerkly person they are ugly and fat they still will be in doubt of it all thinking they are absolute perfection and will continue to bug you.
