Noun. A person or animal that is afraid of shiny objects, including, but not limited to, metal bowls, swords, mirrors, or any other type of smooth surface that has the ability of refracting light. Typically, a Cloie manifests this fear because he, she, or it is so ugly that he, she, or it can not bare to look at his, her, or itself.
That ugly dog is afraid of that metal bowl: what a dumb Cloie.
