What is Closecicle?

1. Adj. Nearly being hit and/or run over by a train, bus, automobile, quad, or other mode of public or private mode of transportation. (Not including scooters. See scootcicles.) 2. (N.) A close encounter with a fast moving vehicle (again, not including a scooter).
Example for adj.: “Zounds, that was closecicles! I almost got hit by that segway.”
