What is Clown Pound?

The act of clowns (which include truckers, carnival operators "carnies") coming together in groups of 2 or more (maximum number is unlimited) and pounding one another in eachother's orfices.
Carny Jethro: "Hey Ace, what'ya say we have a good ol' clown pound after the carnival tonight?"
Ace the Clown: "Hell yeah brother, let's git er' done!"
