What is Clownhauer?

A male who seems to revel in having only the most obnoxious attributes of a clown.
A particularly butch woman whose haircut is the colour or style of a clown.
Anti-clown weaponry used by NAZIs before and after World War II. (There have been some reports of the NAZIs using clownhauers DURING WWII, but so far no evidence has been unveiled which would support this.)
"Boy that clownhauer sure is a killer, huh?"
