What is Clutch Pump?

While driving, quickly stomping your foot on the clutch then releasing it, while still having pressure on the gas.
This causing a rapid rev climb and normally the loss of traction as the tires lose and gain power.
The road was wet and I really wanted to
step it out so I stomped a clutch pump on the next corner and got freaken sideways!
