What is Cluvious?

A nonsense word used in the Fifth International Linguistics Olympiad. It is used only to confuse people or to make the speaker sound more intelligent, it's use outside of the Olympiad was invented by Ross Knudsen.
The salespeople were cluvious and not slatty.
