Acronym for Clothed Male Naked Female.
Any situation where one (or usually) more males are dressed and (usually) one or more females are naked. Often in a party like atmosphere.
Strip clubs, the party scene in the movie Eyes Wide Shut, and the recent trend of naked sushi buffets are all examples of CMNF.
