Someone who continually kisses asses as a career. Namely in the music or movie industry, but he or she is good and clever enough to be kept on in order to have a job at it. He or she constantly knows how to screw those at the top without them knowing while screwing those at the bottom-with them knowing exactly what's happening to piss them off.
He's such a cocksmooze. He kisses ass to the bands, and treats the vendors like total shit.
