While experiencing explosive diarrhea in its most severe form, fecal matter will splatter, or 'splash' off of the toilet-bowl and onto one's cock; thus, tarnishing what theretofore was a clean and undisturbed member. A person who ruins an otherwise enjoyable gathering or event may be referred to as such, since that person exhibits qualities consistent with the occurence of a cocksplash.
