What is Cocktronic?

Used to describe a piece of machinery (e.g. a computer) that is working incorrectly in one way or another. The term can be used with or without an "s" on the end depending on the context and is most often used in moments of sheer frustration.
At computer:
"You cocktronic piece of s*#t! why do you freeze all the f*%king time?!?! If you don't start working properly in the next five minutes I'm gonna throw your cocktronic ass out the f*%king window!"
Or:
"This computer is pure cocktronics!"
