What is Coffee Suit?

A civil suit in which the lack of a disclaimer allows people with no common sense to win large sums of money. Suits of this nature which are not upheld are usually tossed out of court with "frivolous" stamped on them.
The name "coffee suit" is derived from the famous McDonald's Coffee suit, in which a woman sued because she spilled coffee on herself, burning herself, and the coffee cup didn't say that the contents would be hot.
Average Joe is bringing a coffee suit against Apple because his hearing has gone bad from using his iPod at unsafe listening volumes.
