What is Coffee Timer?

In most towns and cities, coffee time is generally "dirtier" then tim hortins or starbucks for example. Coffee time ussually has the scrubs and the cheap hood rats or hoes near it mosst likely found in the poor part of town (Ghetto).
The name coffee timer refers to some one being dirty or whore like.
John: That chick slept with the entire foot ball team...
Tyler: Wow, what a dirty coffee timer...
