Office term of somebody that goes around with a coffee cup and sips coffee from it, talks to others and in general seems to be relaxed and not doing much.

It can also be used metaphorically to indicate somebody that is lazy in the office.

"Guys, stop coffeecupping around and do some stuff if you don't want the boss to fire you."
