What is Coinsultant?

A consultant that one pays a lot of money for, i.e. requires a lot of coin or extreme expenditure to afford their expertise or services. 'Coinsultation' being a derivation of the word.
Before we implement the newly designed prototype, maybe we should speak with one of our coinsultants.
