What is Cojte?

It is a nickname used often in southern Mexico to define someone that just moved in from the Coast.
Note that is only okay if the such people called Cojte is always in a PMS-ish mood.
Example:
oh that guy's accent is so like the coast and he's a bitch, he's a cojte.
