What is Cold Banana?

Practice of giving a guy a blow job after sucking on ice for several minutes, resulting in a very big surprise and a cold banana (icy weiner). Usually accompanied by screaming OMG or WTF on the part of the recepient. May also result in termination of sexual activities and/or relationships. While most guys hate it, some love it and consider it a real treat.
