Antonym of hot damn... actually, "cold damn" isn't really a word. But if it was, it would be used sarcastically as hot damn in a cold situation, such as stuck in a giant ice cube.
Hot damn! We're stuck in this giant ice cube, Joe! We might as well say cold damn!
