What is Cold Lamp?

To have a cold lamp is to be insufficiently high from a drug, particularly after having recently been sufficiently high. A coke- and/or crackhead with a cold lamp is one who hasn't had another lineor hit recently enough, or took a bump or hit of insufficient quantity. Can also be used as a verb.

"Yo, how's your lamp?"

"My lamp's cold, man, real cold. I got a real cold lamp over here."
