What is Coleman Lips?

We got an ICT Teacher called Mr Coleman. He's got some wierd disorder where his lips get really dry and go all white and pastey. Absolutley Disgusting.
My friend says he gets it somet times when he beatboxes too much.
Coleman lips are white, flakey, pastey, dry, yet soggy white lips.
