To be in between. To be in the middle of something. To be stuck in the middle. To be indecisive about something.
"Mate im in coloban about whether to go out tonight"
or
"I feel like im in colloban with you two"
or
"I'm such a
bolf ...I'm fed up of being colloban all the time"

To be put in an awkward situation by being the odd one out or stuck in the middle...a modern version of "gooseberry".
"I ain't going round to Trev's tonight: He's got his bird round so I'll just end up being colloban."
