Colonial Warfare

What is Colonial Warfare?

1.

warfare during the years 1500-late 1800's. Warfare in which Highly disciplined musketeer brigades, marched until they were as close as 50 yards from the enemy, then fire volleys of flintlock musket fire, at an annoyingly slow 5 shots per minute. some battles were even won by charging at the enemy and using bayonets mounted on muskets as lethal melle weapons. One can only imagine the stress soldiers put up with in this type of warfare.

Soldier 1: God damn!! My musket won't fire!

Soldier 2: Thats because it was raining last night and ur flint is still damp, so it will not spark, welcome to colonial warfare.
