What is Combover Boy?

Phil Hendrie's derisive impression of talk radio rival Tom Leykis. This impression is, like Phil's other impressions, a grotesque caricature of the real thing and should not reflect on the true personality traits of Leykis. Often times, "Combover" is shown to be an out-and-out pervert.
Term is derived from the fact that Leykis is a 47 year old man with a receding hairline, and that he tries to cover it up with a "cool" persona.
