What is Community Residence?

a rooming house that has recently been renovated and improved so that it can be maintained as a source of affordable housing in a mixed-income neighbourhood.
The City of Toronto is being asked to support sustainable housing by protecting Community Residences in Parkdale (before they are all converted into single family dwellings).
