Someone with no common sense and no friends, who lives in their schoolwork. They can not dance, and they also can not dress. They look like a middleaged cat woman,yes even if they are a man, and are frequently seen lurking in the halls of closed municipal buildings looking for politicans to quiz on the state of the city's sewer system.
