Word often used by a reservations agent at a hotel to describe what must have happened to a guest that books a room that's not available because the wrong availability was posted on said hotels website.
Guest: I was just on your website and i booked a one-bedroom condo...I'd like to get my confirmation #.
Reservations Agent:{after noticing that this specific room type was sold out} I am sorry sir..but I show that you booked a 2-bedroom condo.
Guest: No, I booked a 1-bedroom. I was just on your site.
Reservations Agent: There must have been a computer glich.
