A con pimp is defined as a person who is popular at cons (teen events)not because they sleep around, but because they are one of the most chill people one will ever meet. A con pimp is always respectful, and never takes advantage of his/her power (ex/ white, male supremacy). A con pimp is very affectionate, but never makes people feel uncomfortable.
