Constipation. A slow moving bowel movement. When you feel as if you have a load of concrete in your intestinal tract that just won't pass.
Person 1: I haven't been able to take a dump in 3 days!
Person 2: Sounds like you've got concrete guts!
Person 1: Yeah, everything is just stuck in there!
ex.2:
I feel like I need to take a dump, but I can't, I guess I've got concrete guts.
