The process of changing the legal status of a collection of housing units - whether a house with multiple apartments or a residential building - into condominiums.
Mike: If we evict the tenants and upgrade the kitchens and bathrooms, we could make this dump into someplace people would actually want to live. I'm sure we could get the permits to condoize the place and re-sell it.
Jessica: I'm sure that old woman's family will be happy to have her out of this house. I can't imagine MY grandmother living in a place like this for 40 years.
