What is Conealingus?

The act of licking the dregs of ice cream out of an ice cream cone without biting into the cone itself. Best done in a lewd or suggestive manner to imply cunnilingus.
John always finished his ice cream before starting on the cone, so he found it necessary to perform conealingus.
