(conference-scated) When you are pulled into a meeting at the last moment without your knowledge or consent. Those last minute conferences that pop up out of no where and you are politely forced to attend by your co-worker or boss nabbing you.
I was just about to go to lunch when I was conferenscated into this BS meeting.
