What is Congestion?

People that are stuck in high school (because they couldn’t get into college), the high school state of mind(because they didn’t get to graduate with their class.), or college (because they don't care what they do in life and they get to waste daddy's money on their otherwise worthless education).

2. A person that thinks that they are worthless and is just passing through life oh so sluggish.

There is so much congestion at school you could make a wig out of all the gray hairs lying on the floor.
