What is Conquermonkey?

a person (usually republican) who is bent on conquering the world.
e.g.
In the 1800's, the Britsih Empire was full of conquermonkeys. (They basically invaded and colonized every country because they thought it was their "duty" (e.g. rudyard kipling's "the white man's burden".)
George Bush is a conquermonkey, as he is determined to occupy Iraq, and various other middle eastern countries...
