1. A marijuana smoker who is conciously aware of the world, themselves and the influence taking place throughout. An active and progressive individual seeking more than just a "high".
2. Smoker who has a "roach stash", and later creates one joint or blunt using the left-over remaining marijuana.
3. Someone who buys marijuana, yet uses it in small quantities. Thus, conserving amounts of marijuana thru manipulating doses.
"Danny doesn't smoke blunts anymore"
"Really? Why not"
"You gotta get more weed for blunts. He's trying to save money on that shit right now, he's a freaking conservative smoker"
