1. A marijuana smoker who is conciously aware of the world, themselves and the influence taking place throughout. An active and progressive individual seeking more than just a "high".
2. Smoker who has a "roach stash", and later creates one joint or blunt using the left-over remaining marijuana.
3. Someone who buys marijuana, yet uses it in small quantities. Thus, conserving amounts of marijuana thru manipulating doses.
