when someone cusses and all you can discern are the dominant consonants of the word, usually when the cusser is a substantial distance away--
most often when someone says "shit" and all you can hear is "shhhhhhhht"
"i was all the way across the room, but i'm pretty sure i heard my dad consocuss the other day when his computer crashed."
