What is Conspurpling?

The act of laughing so much that you are unable to swallow anything which was already in your mouth- (usually a meal) resulting in it either shooting out of the mouth or nose, or the subject attempting to recouperate by not laughing for a long enough to swallow.
"A guy walks into a bar- 'ouch'"
