What is Constipated German Ass Goblin?

A goblin like creature that lives on mushrooms that has very bad constipation problems, that can oftenly be heard in a forest in Germany late at night and it sounds like kids laughing and while there's a monster screaming.
I couldn't sleep last night because the constipated german ass goblin was disturbing my sleep.
