What is Consumo?

A person of convoluted Asian, Irish, German, and Kiwi heritage. Usually seen in large groups at parties, raves, football games, and politcal fundraisers. A consumo is pretty much the coolest cat in town.
Sandy: Hey did you go to that rockin party at Bob's last night? He's a total consumo.
