What is Continuous Drug Use?

1)A person that has a chronic disease, mental illness or learning disability that will have to take medication for the rest of their lives, or for extremly long periods of time. 2) A person that uses a drug legal/illegal over a long period of time. 3) A person who has made repeated attempts to stop using a drug, but even with periods of abstinence the person ends up using again. Most people in todays shelter system have nothing, which is a direct result of their continuous drug use.

Diabetics need to prepare themselves for a lifetime of continuous drug use.

Someone who has had continuous drug use of marijuana and has never been able to stop for more then a day, it's safe to say they're a pot head.
